A classical High School in the Catholic Tradition

To be a classical school means to learn from the greatest thinkers of Western civilization. Students explore the ideas and writings of Plato, Aristotle, St. Thomas Aquinas, and of course G.K. Chesterton to form a worldview that acknowledges the goodness around them.

Despite what the world tries to tell us, there is such thing as Truth. Through the integration of Math, Science, Philosophy and Theology, our students learn how to identify the truth and overcome the lies that pervade our culture.

Our classical curriculum has an intentional emphasis on the Arts. All students take Choir, Drama and Art classes. They will explore the world of poetry in their other courses and as part of their daily routine, building out a full understanding and appreciation for real beauty.

Everything we do at the Chesterton Academy of St. George revolves around our Catholic Faith. Daily Mass, starting every class in prayer, and regular opportunities for Eucharistic Adoration and Confession are all crucial in our goal to prepare students for this life and the next.
