Announcing Our New Headmaster - Mr. Max Crean!
The chesterton Academy of St. George is very excited to announce the hiring of a new headmaster - mr. max crean!
Mr. Max Crean is excited to bring his experience and love of classical education to his role as headmaster of the Chesterton Academy of St. George.
Coming from a loving catholic family and blessed to be a husband and father to two little ones with a third on the way this October, Mr. Crean has a deep love for the family. This love of the family inspires him to be a part of the movement to provide excellent, faithful, education in partnership with our children's first teachers. He brings with him the experience of serving as headmaster for the inaugural year of the Knights of Our Lady Classical Scholars Program in Kalamazoo. Knights of Our Lady aspires to be a full-fledged Chesterton Academy, giving Mr. Crean ample opportunity to work with and fall in love with the Chesterton model and curriculum.
Mr. Crean has received his bachelor's degree in Theology and Theatre from the Franciscan University of Steubenville and his masters in Sacred Theology from the International Theological Institute in Trumau, Austria. Additionally, he has cultivated three years of experience ministering and teaching as a Director of Religious Education and Youth Ministry for St. Joseph's Parish in Battle Creek.
Now he looks forward to meeting and serving the CASG family in the joyful encounter with Christ, who is Truth.
Please join us in welcoming Mr. Crean to the Chesterton Academy of St. George community!
