Chesterton Academy of St. George Welcomes New Choir Director, Ethan Graham

Chesterton Academy of St. George is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Ethan Graham as our new High School Choir Director for the upcoming 2026-27 academic year.

MR. ETHAN GRAHAM

A graduate of Hillsdale College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music with an emphasis in Theory and Composition, Mr. Graham brings both strong musical formation and a deep love for teaching to our growing fine arts program. His experience includes directing middle and high school bands, private piano instruction, choral conducting, composition, and serving as a Catholic parish music director.

Currently serving as Music Director at two Catholic parishes and as a school band director, Mr. Graham has already demonstrated a gift for cultivating musical excellence while helping young people develop a lasting appreciation for beauty and the arts.

What especially drew Mr. Graham to Chesterton Academy of St. George is our mission of forming students intellectually, spiritually, and artistically in the richness of the Catholic tradition. Having entered the Catholic Church within the past year, he brings a sincere enthusiasm for Sacred Music and a heartfelt desire to help students encounter truth, goodness, and beauty through music.

Beauty is fundamentally ordered toward God,” Mr. Graham shared in his application to Chesterton Academy. “My mission as a teacher is to instill the love of God through the love of Beauty.”

As Chesterton Academy of St. George continues to strengthen its music and fine arts offerings, we are excited for the gifts Mr. Graham will bring to our students, choir program, and school community. Please join us in warmly welcoming Mr. Graham to the Chesterton family. Welcome, Mr. Graham!
